December catchup

The video we had of Adam's piano recital on December 5 was too large, so we converted it to a more compact format:


And of course I had to post the traditional "Christmas jammies" photo, taken on Christmas Eve:

We all had a very nice, quiet Christmas Eve and fun Christmas Day here at home. We were grateful that John's gallbladder waited until after the kids were in bed on December 25 to assert itself, requiring an emergency trip to the hospital and the removal of said gallbladder. He got to spend the rest of his Christmas vacation recovering and is now doing very well.
